Everyone thinks they're interesting. They think all eyes are on them, that they're eye-catching and quirky and special. You get told all your childhood that you're gifted and exceptional, so you spend the rest of your life trying to prove to everyone that you're Shirley Temple all grown up, and they just can't see it. But once you see things that are truly extraordinary, you realize that the life you live is boring as all get-out.

Hiiiiiiii so I can actually promise you that this story will be finished, because it's actually already complete. I wrote it for an English assignment, but had to keep it under ten pages (ugh), so I'm going to put the edited and extended version here! I'm super excited because I really love the themes and "aesthetic" of this story. Enjoy!
Also, the title- I know, I know, I'm P!ATD trash...but I'm super bad at titles and I can't think of anything. Plus, I got the inspiration for this story from the song But It's Better If You Do, so...
I do want to change it at some point, but it's all I've got for now. Let me know if you think of something better!
