topaz lab are plug-in for desktop editing program like photoshop. it's super useful if you want to add some sort of finished touch-up to your edits.

you can get topaz for free if you just download them from the offical site or use the first link to get them and the second link when they ask for the for the serial number/key:

there are a lot of kind of topaz product and i know most editor use topaz clean. i use both topaz clean and topaz adjust to help with my edits. again you don't have follow what i used but you can check out the other topaz lab product they're all useful.

topaz clean helped smoothen out the rough texture such as the skin and hair, softly sharpen edges and topaz adjust any colour or soften the look to give it much more professional and clean look. here's a before and after when i uses topaz clean and topaz adjust.
