Personality:
Devion is quite the character, he is quiet, calm & collective compared to Christian though he will act like a lost puppy looking for someone to follow. When given orders he will not hesitate to follow, but when he does something is wrong, but that rarely happens. Being brought up by villains, he does dirty deeds & when he starts to get a bloodlust, he goes overboard & slaughters everyone in his path while chuckling & laughing like a maniac which earned him the nickname "Psychopath"
Appearance:
He is well built though he does have a bit of a lanky body, though he is still fit & can knock someone on their ass with just a punch. He has medium long hair that he likes to tie up with bright blue eyes that shimmer in the sun, though they do turn dull when he's full psycho & starts to twitch as well, he also has pointed ears, a snake tongue & eyes plus he has a beauty mark under his left eye, instead of freckles (freckles from father, beauty mark from mother).
Quirk (1): High Spec
Just like the Principle, Nedzu, it makes him one of the smartest people in the entire world, though he doesn't stand a chance against him or his sister. Since he'd only been training his Beast quirk, High Spec his quite pathetic & weak, but he is still just as smart as the average person.
Quirk (2): Beast
This particular quirk is passed down through the Havana bloodline. The type of beast they are is up to how their personality is like, for him, he is a snake. It makes the user grow up to around 4-6 meters tall or more, right now for him he can only be 4 meters (height can vary depending on how high he stands on his tail).
