Here are some saily reminders to use : )
  - Water my dude
  - Have you eaten someting today? Make sure to if you havent and hopefully its something that can sustain you (fruit, veggies etc.)
  - Step back from something if it haas been stressing you out of if you have been working on it for a long time, never underestimate the power of a break
  - b r e a t h e .
  - Dont take shit from any irrelevant person (they dont deserve your time or energy trust me)
  - Try to sleep, I say try because I know it can be hard for some to sleep (thats how I am; I get it). If you cant, just take some time to yourself
  - Be aware of your surroundings, know when to leave a situation if it is getting dangerous or risky
  - Keep a positive mindset whenever you can, I know this is hard as well
  - | view yourself in a positive way
  - It's ok to end a relationship with someone if they make you uncomfortable or uneasy
  - | keep healthy relationships and boundaries with people
  - Dont be so hard on yourself, you've been through a lot so dont make it worse on yourself
  - step away from people who make you feel bad, no matter who they are or how they relate to you
  - Adjust yourself to be comfortable, by that I mean in all ways my dudes
  - It's ok to cry, if you need to cry don't hold it in (ive learned that its worse to hold it in than to just cry when you feel like it)
  - Be open if you need to be, let someone know if something is wrong
  - Get out of dangerous situations if you can avoid it
  - | Maybe the most important, stay safe and remember that you are loved
