When I stop texting him I get an automatic text from Jack

J- HES GOING TO ASK YOU OUT TONIGHT SO BE READY
M- wait what but I have a boyfriend and I'm not even with him
J- WAIT WAIT FALSE ALARM HE WAS GOING TO BUT DANIEL SAID HE COULDNT BECAUSE OF THE OTHER BOY
M- oh?
J- yeah oh wait they're fighting
M- huh
J- Zachs saying he should be able to ask
M- can you talk him out of it please I really need him to not ask me.
J-I'll try

*10 minutes later*

M- how's the progress going
J- it's good he said he won't but he's going to tell you he likes you tonight
M- Wait but
J- but what. he's telling you tonight anyways so be prepared
M- ugh why

Suddenly I get a call...and it's from Daniel phew

"Hello" I say
"Hi, so I want to tell you that tonight-"
"Zach is telling me he likes me yeah jack told Me"
"Oh well I just wanted to say that In no way do you have to feel the same way"
"You're just saying this cause you don't want me to like him"
"Okay maybe that's true but still I told him that you might not feel the same"
"But he already told me he likes me why does he have to say it again"
"I don't know maybe he wants to make sure you know"
"Ughh this is unnecessary stress"
"Sorry" he says hanging up

Ugh why does he have to tell me. Wait I technically don't have to answer his call. Okay perfect...but I'll feel bad. But technically he won't know if my phone just died or I'm sleeping.

*4 hours later*

I get a phone call and I don't want to feel guilty if it's Zach so I just don't look at who called.

The ringing stops and then starts over again signaling that the person's calling again I still don't look at it

This happens 3 more times and on the 6th call I finally look at who called.

Just as I thought it was Zach. I then get a text from Daniel
