After school, Gaby and Alice persuaded me to go to a party.

sighing, I gave myself beaten. "When is the party?"
They were happy, which made me smile.
I wish I was happy, too.
"Friday at 10pm," Alice grinned.
So in two days.
After school, I went to Starbucks with Alice and Gaby.
"We should go buy clothes," Alice stated.
Gaby agreed.
We ordered our drinks and talked about God and the world.

At home, I quietly went to my room.
I hope my uncle was not at home.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed.
"Come on, you bitch, do you see the book?"
He screamed. I nodded. "Do it right and get out of my sight." He kept screaming and shoving me hard on the floor.
Hissing, I stood up and readjusted the book.
