Hello! Sorry for being inactive lately. My semester just ended last May 30, so I took a short break right after and went to some sem-ender parties/trips with my friends and orgmates. I have only one class this midyear and I'm planning to use most of my free time making graphics, watching Asian dramas (Yes!) and programming.

Anyway, I don't have any initial design concept planned nor do I have any idea of what graphics type to make. I just wanna do something, since I'm feeling unproductive yesterday. I was browsing my favorites in DeviantArt and I saw a manipulation by kuschelirmel. The background was done wonderfully, and I was like 'how?' Consequently, I started checking the resources she used and came across some forest stocks. I didn't know what to do with them at first, but an idea came to me after a while.
Since I was also planning on doing an Alice in Wonderland prompt, I thought that it would be interesting to do a photomanipulation of a girl who stumbled upon a portal and discovered a hidden world aside from her own. While doing this one, I can't help but remember a novel that's really dear to me. It's called The Summer King by O.R. Melling. If you know any novels based on Irish Folktales or Fairy Tales, please suggest some.

Maybe this is my version of the forbidden forest in the first round of my graphics comp (The Traitor's Game) lmao. Tho, it's more on the magical aspect. Shoutout to Azullyn and wingtree for creating fairy/pixie-based entries!
