Chapter 23 - The Intruder

(Still Niall's POV)

"Fine...on one condition. You have to earn tour trust back...I'm not just going to let you keep breaking my heart" I said.

"I understand" Maddi giggled.

"In a manly way!" I crossed my arms.

"Thank you Niall" She hugged me tight.

I froze. She must have sensed my tense muscles as she slowly released me from her death grip. I quickly uncrossed my arms and pulled her back. I rested my head on hers gripping her tight. I let her go once...I'm not letting her go again.

"I love you" She muttered.

I tensed a little but quickly regained my composure.

"I love you too" I mumbled back.

"I'm sorry" She mumbled again.

"I know" I replied.

Louis' POV

I woke up this morning to the sound of someone knocking on the door.

I groaned awake and went to find Alex. I approached her door and slowly opened it. Alex was still in bed sleeping. This will be fun. Jump on her....or cuddle up next to her....hmmmm.

Cuddle. Hehe.

I crawled into bed next to her and wrapped my arms around her. Shes so cold...I chose the right thing to do. Plus theres no place I'd rather be.

Alex's POV

I woke up this morning and surprisingly I was warm, I remember being freezing last night! How?

Then I suddenly felt the warm arms around me, and the bare chest against my back. I rolled over slowly met by a sleeping Louis. He moved a little and his eyes carefully fluttered open.

"Hello there gorgious" He whispered sleepily.

"Hey Handsome. When'd you sneak in here" I asked him blushing.

"Hmm?" He groaned trying to avoid the question. "Don't you want me in here? I can leave"

He started standing up and I turned fully red when I realised he was only wearing boxers.

"No I was just wondering when you came in, that's all" I tried to reach out for him again.

I managed to grab his wrist before falling off the bed at his feet. He chuckled and helped me up. I had my hands on his chest to steady myself and I looked up and was met by his beautiful blue eyes. He leaned down to kiss me. We kissed for what seemed like 10 minutes before either of us pulled back.

"Good morning" He whispered.

"Morning" I whispered back. "We should go eat..."

"Do we have to.." He grumbled.

"Yup" I chuckled.

He smirked and pecked me on the cheek again before heading for the door.

"But please put on some clothes first" I added.

He chuckled and waved me off before shutting the door behind him.

Sorry it's short guys...my holidays has been busier than I expected :/ but on the bright side! I have a new fantastic editor who's gonna be helping me out from now on! Yay!!! Thanks again girl! XD
