The world we inhabit, Reconstructed Earth, is just as complex as the Earth that Was. It is the Post-Modern world, a world with one centralized super government. The governed land is called Pangaea, a collection of continents, countries and states. The government divides Pangaea into four quadrants, and each quadrant has super powers and command centers that feed into the global economy.
The Unified Isles of Afadjato is one of the super powers governing the NE quadrant, comprised of Joseon-Jato, Daehan-Jato, and Nippa-Jato.
Tokyo-Asanta, the capital of Nippa-Jato, is one of the command centers of Pangaea. Modernized by Ryo "Zeus" Odame, Tokyo-Asanta is considered an Alpha, a region of Reconstructed Earth that not only boosts the Continental Union's Economy but strengthens the ideals of Globalism.
It is here where we meet Hiroshi Katsuma.
