i jolted up when i felt a cold material was placed on my forehead

"oi! you scared me"

a manly voice screamed

my head suddenly felt heavy

"ahhh my head hurts"

i held my head in pain

"mmm, i'm not surprised"

i looked beside me and saw a smirking jeongguk leaning on a white wooden cabinet beside my bed

"what are you doing here? what am i doing here?"

my eyes scanned around the room

it was all white, even the curtains are white

just as jeongguk was about to reply

a nurse went inside

oh stupid me, of course im in a clinic

"how are you feeling now ms.yoon?"

the elderly nurse asked with a warm smile

"i feel fine now, i guess"

my eyes trailed to a serious jeongguk

"that's great, actually your boyfriend here brought you here few hours ago"

she said as she wrote something on a paper

my eyes instantly went wide and felt my cheeks heat

"o-oh you- he-he's not my girlfriend ma'am"

jeongguk said as he rubbed the back of his neck

the nurse looked up in surprise and stared at jeongguk then at me

i think she's judging us

"oh, well my bad. from the scenario earlier, it seems like he's a boyfriend-material to me"

i feel so shy all of a sudden

"too bad you two would look cute together"

she continued

jeongguk suddenly cleared his throat

"um are you done now ma'am?"

the nurse looked up from her clipboard

"yes son, sunmi may go now"

i let out a sigh of relief

"and, keep your eyes on her, she may look okay now but she could still get a little dizziness due to her lack of hydration"

i sat on the bed while dangling my feet

"oh, ne, kamsamnida"

jeongguk bowed

with that, the nurse left

"so, boyfriend-material huh?"

i teased him while raising my eyebrows

"i only did what i have to do or else you'll probably die out there"

he said as he took my gym bag and sling in on his shoulder

"oooh, is jeonggukie concerned?"

i continued to tease him while wearing my sneakers

he just scoffed and went out of the room

"yah! wait for me!"

i ran after him out of the clinic as well

once i finally caught up he has a stern look on his face

"or are you perhaps, worried? of me??"

i gave him a mischivious smirk

he stopped on his tracks

"hmmm?"

with my both of my hands on my hips, i waited for him to reply

"then what if i was?"

he moved his face closer

too close for my liking

suddenly all of my confidence drop

"thank you, jeongguk"

his serious face turned into a cute bunny-like smiling face

his hand reached out and pinched my left cheek

"you look like a big shiny tomato"

after that he walked away

leaving me again

"YAH JEON JEONGGUK!"
