This is a really old anime and it was one of my firsts when I was between 4-7. I believe it was my first and Rama 1/2 was a close second. Rama 1/2 isn't really child friendly but I found it hilarious is that I was 7 and I say anime boobs and I'm 11 and I can't watch certain animes cause their to Adult... -.- Like Mom, Dad da fuck happened?!?!? Was like 7 a good age or some shit? Nevermind well this is one of the only dresses I'll wear because are you fucking kidding me it's Sailor Moon!
