Chapter 13

"No! I told her not to go in there!" Kody yells as he throws the popcorn at the screen.

"Kody, it's just movie. They can't hear you." I say letting out a little giggle. He just stares at me.

"Oh really? Is that all it is babe?" Kody pauses the movie and crawls on top of me. He leans down and whispers in my ear. "As if I already didn't know that." Shivers go down my spine.

"Kody, please get off of me, I want to enjoy the movie." I say, it was barely a whisper.

"Oh? Does this bother you?" He asks while staring me in the face. His eyes hold lust and love, they are just so trapping.

I feel him lean down on my lap and I could feel his hard on. I let out a squeal and try to get away.

I wake up, my breathing is hard; I look down toward my pants and there's nothing. That's a good thing, I look towards the clock and it reads 6:59am. "So I woke up early."

Then it hits me, what about school. I jump up and grab spare clothes, I run into the bathroom getting ready for school.

I jump out of the shower and run down stairs after getting dressed. "Lumine, you're up early. What's up?" Ayden, Kody's father asks. A fresh cup of coffee in hand, and a computer in front of him. He had glasses on, they made his eyes a little bigger then usual, but I guess if I had glasses they would do the same to me.

"School." One word, one syllable. Something most kids and teens hate. A place where you're judged. Somewhere I'm not welcome.

"Well, I don't wake Kody up until 7:30. So I'm not used to having someone up and ready by this time." He lets out a chuckle. He looks down to his work then back to me.

"Oh, well I was about to leave for school. I get there early to avoid people. Well I've only started doing it recently to like I said avoid people." I let out a laugh. Then look down.

"Oh, well if you want you can pack a lunch. Or I can give you lunch money." Aydens requests.

"No, it's okay. I don't eat lunch anyway. I don't have time to eat." He just looks at me.

"Well, I can give you a ride?" This is getting awkward. I just stand there.

"No, you look busy. So I'm just going to go now. And it's 7:40 now Ayden." I turn to walk out of the kitchen, but I'm stopped by a very tired looking Kody.

He glares at me as he steps around me. "Morning father, morning Dog." Did he just? Well I gotta blast.

I walk towards the front door when I'm stopped again. "Where are you going? It was just a joke. I turn around, I look Kody up and down.

" Well it didn't seem like it," I tell him, in all honesty I actually took offence to it. "I'm heading to school. I'm ready and I have to get there early. It's a new routine I have." I slip on my shoes and open the door.

"Oh, well I'm sorry. And why can't you wait?" He was digging deeper and I can't have him know I'm leaving only because of a dream.

"Like I said routine." I walk out the door closing it behind me. I start to mumble the lyrics to satisfied from Hamilton.
