The oceans I'm swimming in
aren't very clean-
And the oceans I've seen
have been sold to The Queen.

Black walnuts all around,
there's a new boy on the edge of town
he's been here before, safe and sound,
but his hard-mouthed mum has slown him down
and now you can't see his shadow
there's a girl round here with a purple scarf
it stands out and puts the cute boys off
so she stands and weeps while
her best friend scoffs-
and claims them both unworthy.
