Step 4: Choose the Right Type of Clothes

Your goal is to stay up all night & refrain from anything that may put you to sleep. Even the littlest things can make you fall asleep. Little things such as your clothes. Don't wear comfortable clothing. They can wait for another night when you are actually trying to get sleep. Wear things that are uncomfortable, itchy, or you have to "pull up" every now & then.
For Girls: Skinny jeans, tight tank tops, itchy socks, uncomfortable bras, etc.
For Boys: Jeans, itchy socks, cups (yes, I know they're uncomfortable even though I'm a girl-- I have 2 brothers in karate & they always complain about it), tight t-shirts, etc.

TIPS:

Plan out during the day what you'll be wearing
- You don't have to be mega uncomfortable. Just wear somethings that will restrict you from sleeping.
