Jeremy was now sobbing openly in front of Damon. Damon was clueless as he didn't know what to do with Jeremy. Surely he would have picked Stefan and hugged him tightly uttering sweet words to him but this wasn't Stefan. That was until he felt Jeremy hugging him tightly making him smile gently at it. Damon returned the hug. Both of them stayed in this place for awhile until Damon's cell phone vibrated. He answered it immediately but didn't let Jeremy move from his place.

"Where are you and Jeremy?" asked Stefan.

"At Salvatore mansion" Damon replied cockily.

"And why may I ask?"

"To knock some sense into him"

"No... you didn't... did you?"

"Oh yes baby brother... turns out all you little brothers need is a trip over big brother's knee"

Stefan gasped hearing it.

"What happened?" Elena asked Stefan.

"I'll bring him back in few. Don't worry, he's safe tell Elena. And yea tell her, he's not a brat anymore as Damon Salvatore took care of it" Damon said and ended the call.

"So now I think we should go back to the festival. Go freshen up and we'll leave" Damon said to Jeremy.

"Thanks Big Brother" replied Jeremy giving on last hug to Damon and then went up.

What they both were unknown was the connection they started to share for each other.
