I get that some of the story content is mature, and there could be parts in it that you might not agree with. But to report it just because you dislike the content is really discouraging to the author, especially if they are confident in their work. To have their work erased is unfair. For some people I know, writing a story and coming home from a stressful day at work/school, and to surf Wattpad, and finding that people appreciate their work, makes them feel like they're worth something. It brings the readers happiness, and it gives them something to focus on. Now, on the topic of fanfics, they're there for a reason: to bring us up while we're down.
X readers help us imagine what life could be if we were dating/in some kind of relationship with a a) celebrity crush, b) anime crush, c) any other type of crush you have on any person. Or, they could help assure you that others ship your OTP also. Wattpad is a community, and is a home, and is a place that brings us together, and helps us build others up. Not. Tear. Them. Down. That is not the way to voice your opinion.
