Chapter 9

-Donald's View

"And I was thinking if we finance this we could have money for-." Ana said.

"Huh." I said snapping out my thoughts.

"Your not listening!" She yelled.

"I was thinking about Julie."

"Julie doesn't have anything on me." Ana said mad.

"Ana, don't get jealous over a little girl."

"You pay her more attention then me!" She yelled.

"I love you both equally."

"So now you love her? You haven't even known her long."

"Ana, please finish what you were saying." I said ignoring her.

"I was talking about the wedding."

My eyes got big and I almost jumped out my seat.

"Uh what wedding? I haven't even proposed." I said as my voice cracked.

"But we've been together for 3 years. So I was hoping you would."

"No offense Ana but I don't wanna worry about getting married right now." I said.

"Your messing up. Messing with this suppose to be foster kid!" She yelled.

That irked my soul when she said that. Knowing I was a foster home kid, my parents owned a foster home. The disrespect was high.

"Ana there is nothing wrong with foster kids." I said.

"Well there must be if no one wants them." She said flipping her hair.

"And we've been together for 3 years." I mumbled. "You obviously don't care about nothing that has to do with me.

"Huh?" She said.

"Ok Ana." I said.

"What's wrong with you now?" She asked.

I ignored her and sipped my water. I rather be at home working on my novel.
