Luna let out a hum when she heard someone talking through the headpiece before turning to her partner and said, "Looks like Oscar managed to take down one." Her and Harold ended up with each other when they met inside the ballroom. Like what the said boy did before he encountered his opponent, they walked around the room and waited for their enemies. They didn't like the idea of separating and taking their enemies out one-on-one, for they often fought together as a team. But if this was George's suggestion, then they would have to oblige. No, they didn't follow his orders just because he was the oldest among them, nor because he was the leader. In fact, he was the most intelligent boy one could ever come across. Even their Master and Alucard were impressed by the strategies and ideas he came up during the meeting; and that was more than enough for the rest to view him as the team leader.

Harold, who was looking out the window, turned to look at the platinum-haired girl and responded, "Oh? That was quick." He looked around the room lit by only the sunlight penetrating through the moldy glass window, and sighed. "Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the other enemies to find us."

The girl removed her hand from the headpiece and looked at Harold. "Do you think he might've used that to finish off his enemy?" she questioned. "I didn't sense it, but something told me that he did. But isn't he the only one who is reluctant you use his beast form?"

"It can't be helped." said Harold. "These guys are pretty strong, and like Asmund said, we can't let our guard down." As soon as he said that, he felt a presence coming towards him and quickly took a step back, just in time to dodge something, or rather, someone who attempted to land a blow on him. Before he could register anything, the person disappeared and reappeared behind him, kicking him from the side and sending him flying to the wall while his sword was thrown to the side.

"Harold!" called Luna. Just when she was about to help him by shooting the cyan-haired woman with her rifle, another being swoop in and caught her wrist before bursting through the windows, destroying the glass.

"Luna!" called the boy when he saw the Bonni, the red-haired woman, flying up high with the said girl dangling from her claw.

"Where do you think you're looking at?" taunted Flare in her monotonous voice before raising her knee to kick him in the stomach. The boy stumbled as he tried to regain his composure, only to have her punch him in the chest and made him tumble backwards. Flare dashed alongside him and kicked up high before going back to him and land a falling axe kick, sending him crashing into the floor.

Meanwhile, Luna was struggling against the woman's grip on her wrist and glared at her. Bonni, who took form of a flying monster with wings matching her hair colour, looked down and mockingly asked, "Shall we go on a little joyride?" With a cackle, she flew higher from the grounds.

Luna looked down and realised that they were going round and round the castle, realising that Bonni's plan was to separate her from Harold, who was forced to fight Flare inside the ballroom. If this were to continue, she would waste too much time and lose track of her friends. Hooking the rifle onto her belt, she whipped out a pocket knife from her black dress that was made by the enchantress herself on the day she turned six-years-old, and stabbed Bonni's claw, resulting in her screeching in pain before losing her grip on the girl. Luna was falling downwards, but managed to flip around so that she was able to land on her feet. She leapt from the tree branch and slowly climbed down until she was safely on the ground.

Back inside the castle, Flare was standing by the window where her partner had just left, and stared outside. She was silent for a while until she heaved as sigh. "Trust Bonni to be the one who toys with her opponents before getting her leg slashed." she remarked. She then sensed something from the side, glancing from the corner of her eyes before turning around to block Harold's punch in time. Pushing him back, she charged forward and swung her fist at him, who ducked to the side to avoid getting hit. Flare then attempted to kick him, but he bent backwards and countered with a kick. She managed to dodge it and took a step back, only to feel her back contacting with the wall. Harold saw this as her being cornered and raised a fist, which pulverised the wall instead of hitting her, who was able to dodge it in time by ducking to her right.
