I use an app called Picsart and Phonto! Both of them are free!
HOW TO'S?
I can teach you a few tricks, however I won't be able to teach a full-on course on these two apps. Sorry!

DO YOU CREATE MORE THAN JUST COVERS?
Yes, I can create graphical photos for your stories that you can add into your books! I can create GIFS, however I'm not good at them ( And, no, they aren't up for requests, sorry!)
ANY OTHER TIPS OR MISC BOOKS?
I have another misc book used for writing tips! However, I'll update it less frequently due to the amount of books I am currently writing.
