Neji POV
The machines monitoring (YN) heart rate was dropping rapidly, the sounds of the machines filling the room making my head spin.

I look down at (YN) face her eyes shut, lips parted barely breathing she was slowly slipping away from me.
I took Sumire from her arms, she was crying, she could probably tell something was wrong with mummy.

Her cheeks flushed red..she looks up at me I could see (YN) in her. I wanted to drop to my knees and give up, a few minutes early and (YN) was fine and then in a split second she's dying.

"Mr Hyūga did you hear what I said?! The nurse will take you and your daughter to the next room while we tend to your wife" I turned and faced him his voice bring me back to reality. I followed the nurse into the other room.

It was completely silent.

"Sumire..I know this is scary but mummy will make it and if...not I promise you I'll be here always.." planting a kiss on her cheek.

Every passing minute felt like an eternity.
The door to the room slowly opened, the doctor stepped in. "Mr Hyūga your wife..she..lost a lot of blood and-" "she's alive right!" I stood up rushing out the door and back Into the delivery room.

She was still hooked up to the machines, with my free arm I traced the side of her face..it was cold

My tears fell one by one landing on her cheek
"(YN)...no please you can't leave" I held Sumire close to my chest "we are supposed to grow old together..and watch Sumire grow up and maybe have more children...I can't do this without you"

I close my eyes remembering (YN) smile, the way she laughed and how her eyes light up when she's happy, her touch, the way her soft lips matched mine perfectly and now we have Sumire...

"I'm..here"

My eyes shot open, she looked up at me "Neji.." before she could say anything else my lips met with hers. "I love you (YN)"

"I love you too Neji"
