A/n ) hi guys , thanks for checking out mt work , I really appreciate , currently I've made it to 7 reads in such a short time span , I'm really excited. Endive is my second favorite character from the series , I love her because of her elegance and charm , she's also funny as she uses her weight to her advantage , so tell me in your comments what you like or dislike about the antagonist Ms. Endive.

Ms . Endive is a master chef and formally the main antagonist of the series. Panini is her apprentice .

Relationships

Mung Daal

Mung serves as Endives rival. ,she always bests him at everything and they dispise each other. The two chefs are constantly arguing and never get along.

Shnitzel

Shnitzel used to think that she was disgusting and hard to look at  , however , towards the end of the series , he learned to love her and they eventually got married.

Panini

Panini is Endives apprentice. Endive hates it when she mentions chowder and teaches her to strive for perfection. Endive also believes that Panini will be a master chef.

Margarine

Margarine is Endives loyal assistant/ janitor.

Appearance

Endives character stays constant throughout the initial development.the long nose which change from rectangular to triangular shape for the final version represent how she looks down upon others. She is described as being much larger than other characters , and its a running gag in the series that Mung and his friends mock Endives size and when chowder ascends her back using mounteering geer , or both Mung and chowder take a ride On her massive behind. The universe itself seems to agree with Mung . The very ground shaking under the weight of Endives footsteps. Her hair is fairly short in a sickly shade of green and flips upwards at the end. Her everyday attire is a long - sleeved dress with a small floral pattern. Her swim wear is normally a leopard print bikini.

Trivia
- Endive may have fostered feelings for Mung , despite her outward behavior.

- in " the apprentice games " she points out to mung that they'r alone together, were upon he backs away and calls for help.

- in " the prank " she twice nearly confesses her love for Mung , but  everytime, she is interrupted before finishing her sentence  .

- she has had many boyfriend, who jumped off a dead end because of her possessive personality.

-she doesn't take no for an answer, and subdue the people who say it .( A/N see why I love Endive ?)
-she treats Panini like a teacher would. She even said it herself and asked Panini to use her claws to drive away chowder.

-one extremely hot day , she only dipped her toe into the pool and said " dip " , immediately , she came out and said " ooh , well that's enough swimming for me ." But she still wouldn't let Mung swim at all.

-its possible that Mung might be older than Endive  , considering on some occasions , she calls him " old man " . This may be true , because while Mung has White hair , Endives hair hasn't lost its colour.

-many fans thinks that Mung is Endives ex- fiance , because in " chowders girlfriend " it is revealed that Endives fiancé never showed up on the day of their wedding , thus breaking her heart and causing her trademarks intence misandry. However , C.H Greenblatt at wonder con 2008 confirm that Mung is NOT the jerk who ditched Endive on her wedding day.

-in the episode "panini for President "  it is revealed that Endive enjoys being covered in mud.

-in "shnitzel quits " throughout the episode she was shown to have a crush on shnitzel just as Panini had a crush on chowder.

-the episode"the heist " and the" the prank"  have inspired a confusing question , who does Endive love , Mung or shnitzel ?.

-she likes to eat her toe jam , which is collectively frowned upon.

-Endive might have lifted the lead farfel  because if one looks closely, the letters " endi " can be seen( possibly for Endive)

-Endive married shnitzel in " chowder grows up".

-she is named Endive After a type of lettuce which have pointed leaves.

-in Japanese , Endive and Gorgonzola ate both voiced by Hikari yono. He was also the voice of pud ' n' Irwin on "the grim adventures of Billy and Mandy" a fellow cartoon network program.
