The Proposal (Chapter 11)

Jugheads POV 

"Will you Marry Me" I Finished with as Betty sat there in awe. it took only a couple of seconds but then she finally answered with "Yes Juggie of course i will" She hugs me in excitement.Then we share on long passionate kiss as i slide the ring on her finger.  "Get a room " Roni says "whats the actual gender of the baby " Betty said "Here is your real cake " as she slides the other cake over to us .this time i had my hand on top of hers as she was holding the knife. We Cut into the cake to It to be pink and blue checkered print ."Wait are we " Roni shook her head up and down. Betty turns around quickly and we embrace each other very tightly until we embark into another passionate kiss while everyone started to clap.Twins wow , crazy .I didn't say this out loud but still crazy. we finally ate the cake and got congratulations from all of my friends and family and we hugged everyone . We had one of the greatest days it was so much fun and now i am engaged and we are about to start a family and live an amazing life. We Packed everything into the car all the baby clothes and items and toys .Then we went into the car and left for home . Once we got home Betty was pretty wiped out from everything that we did today s she went straight to bed after helping me carry the stuff inside. I Tucked her into her bed and let her fall asleep. After she finally drifted off i heard her snoring. I overheard Betty telling her mom that she wanted the baby's room painted light pink just like hers, So i went to The store a couple of days ago and bought the exact shade that her room was painted in and i went home and painted the spare bedroom wall in that color pink.All i could hope was that she wouldn't wake up and catch me in my tracks . I finally finished the painting about 1 hr later and i left it to dry and crawled into bed with Betty because i was dead tired. I woke up about 5 hours later and Betty was still snoozing away . I figured she wood probably sleep all night . So i got up and went back into the Nursery and i put together the crib and the baby swing and nailed some book shelves on to the wall were i hung all the baby books that we got at the reveal party. I decorated everything as Betty's mom described to me . She said that was everything Betty ever dreamed of . It only took me about 3 hours to set up all of the baby stuff . Once i finished i changed into better clothes and crawled in to bed and snuggled up right next to her. I fell asleep almost instantly and slept all the way until morning.
