A Childhood Story And A Suddenly-Popular Deku?!

Requested by @Heroesoop2 (I really hope I fulfilled your request, it was kinda difficult to write haha)

I usually post one-shots either on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday but I make exceptions with requests. Anyways, just wanna put out there that they live in dorms in this one.

   The cool breeze felt refreshing against Midoriya's face. It was the only thing kept Midoriya awake. He ran his hand through his hair and sighed. "I should not have stayed up late again," he thought to himself. Midoriya couldn't help but notice the lovely weather. The light breeze, the feather-like clouds that floated in the sky. It has been raining a lot lately, so it was nice to see something other than grey skies and dark clouds. It didn't take long for Midoriya to arrive at campus. He checked the time on his phone. Fifteen minutes early. Iida and Uraraka would be so proud.

"Midoriya!"

He turned to see Kirishima jogging towards him. "Oh, Kirishima. Good morning!"

"Good morning," greeted Kirishima, once he was beside him.

"How are you?" asked Midoriya.

"I feel fantastic! Got a lot of sleep and the breeze feels so cool and refreshing." Kirishima sighed and looked at Midoriya. "How about you? You don't look too good."

"Ah," he laughed nervously, "I didn't get enough sleep last night."

"Uh oh." Kirishima shook his head. "Midoriya, you're going to be in trouble once Iida sees you, He's gonna go all mom mode again."

Midoriya chuckled. "Yeah. That's just Iida being Iida. He's going to be a great parent one day."

"To be honest, I would kinda feel sorry for his child or children. They would have to deal with his crazy robotic movements and insane glasses collection!" Kirishima laughed.

Midoriya couldn't help but do the same. The thought of Iida with children of his own was funny if you put it that way.

They arrived at their classroom. Almost everyone was there. Both of them made their way to their seats.

"Good morning Deku!" greeted Uraraka with a bright grin.

"Midoriya, good morning." Iida gave him his usual light smile.

He returned both of their smiles, "Good morning."

Iida squinted, "Did you sleep late again?"

Midoriya saw no point in lying to Iida, so he nodded. "Yeah..."

Iida's robotic right arm activated. "How many times do I have to tell you that sleeping late is bad for your health!?"

Midoriya put his hands up in surrender while dodging Iida's karate chops. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I won't do it again, I promise!"

"Yeah Deku, don't be like me!" exclaimed Uraraka.

Iida turned to her, "You too?!?"

Bakugou groaned, startling the trio. "SHUT THE FUCK UP, NO ONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT WHAT TIME DEKU SLEEPS."

"Apparently, Iida does," muttered Kirishima.

Bakugou whipped his head towards him, "SHUT IT ASSWIPE."

"I would be surprised if he didn't," interjected Ashido. "That's Mama Iida for you!"

Iida turned to her, astounded by that new nickname. "'Mama Iida?'"
