Once i had gotten out of the hospital, everyone kept close watch on me. They were afraid one day i would succeed. I failed once, what makes them think i'll succeed with their parental watching asses.
"Sadie! I keep burning the popcorn!" I yelled from the kitchen.
Everyone kept me away from many things after i was discharged from the hospital. A bitch forgot how to use a microwave.
"Gray! C'mon! You are using a microwave! Not learning rocket science!" Sadie yelled from the living room.
"For fucks sake. I try to kill myself once and everyone keeps me away from everything. Now when i try to relearn everything, everyone assumes i know how to use stuff correctly after blocking me from every single thing out there!"
"This popcorn sucks Gray" a voice creeped from behind me.
"Want to try the other 3 i burned?" i turned around to meet finn. After the whole incident, we've gotten closer. I still don't like him but he's starting to grow on me, i guess. Oh, and clara? She got so much hate, she had to be kicked off the show. Karma's a bitch dude.
"We've been waiting to start the movie for 30 minutes. Can't you make one decent popcorn?"
"YOU GUYS FUCKING KEPT ME AWAY FROM EVERYTHING! I DON'T REMEMBER MUCH"
"Fine i'll do it" finn pushed me over and popped another bag of popcorn in the microwave.
"Well thank you good sir" I walked away to the living room and sat at the corner of the couch.
"Which movie?" Jaeden asked.
"Ratatouille!" Noah snatched the remote from Jaeden and began looking for Rataouille.
"Noah! What the fuck? We need everyone to answer!" Jaeden took the remote from Noah and sat back down next to Wyatt.
"Shrek 2 or i'm suing" This is why we never take Wyatt's suggestions into consideration.
"Wyatt no, what the hell drugs are you on?"
"All of them"
"Says a lot"
After 30 minutes of fighting on whether to watch Insidious or Finding Nemo, we decided on Insidious. Actually Jaeden, Sophia, and I did. Noah and Millie were too scared so they left to god knows where.
The movie has been on for about an hour by now. I have been scared at least 927382 times. Now that i think about it, i should have picked Finding Nemo.
"Holy shit!" i screamed when the fucking dead girl popped up. I thought Jaeden was next to me so i dug my face into his chest. Ok i know this sounds like i have a crush on this kid, but i swear i don't. I'm just a little too overly comfortable with people.
I noticed eventually that i was in fact NOT next to jaeden. I peaked my head out to look at the movie. I realized jaeden was still across the room. He was still next to good 'ole wyeet and never moved. A bitch was confusion.
I looked up at the person who i was clinging onto. Since it was basically pitch black in the room i could only see the outline of their body. They had curly hair- oh fuck no.
"Finn?"
"Yes gray?"
"Was i holding onto you for the past 30 minutes?"
"Yea, i was scared to move. I didn't want to bother you or anything"
"So you knew it was me?"
"If i didn't know it was you, i probably would have pushed you away"
"Well great to know. Did i bother you?"
"No not at all. It was comforting"
"Oh okay"
I sat up and laid my head on his shoulder. I felt safe.
Like nothing could stop us.
