Indiel has one ability. Black Sending. Your character can't possibly know this until it has already happened, but it is not just automatic genral knowledge about the character.
When one makes eye contact with indiel, they give her easy access to their pain receptors. Its almost like using Telepathy, in where she can manipulate the person's brain into sending stimulation to their pain receptors, making the victim feel large or small amounts of pain, depending on how violent she is feeling. The person can be found almost crippled in pain, though the moment you loose eyecontact with her, the pain slowly dies down. After a short while, the pain dulls down and disapears completely. ((pain lasts one turn after initial incident occurs. Does take time to charge too.))
