A: No, it's not possible to control the weather. There are many things in the atmosphere and on Earth that create the weather, and it's very unpredictable. That's why weather forecasts aren't always right. The weather of one place is also connected to the weather in other places on Earth. All that means that it's physically impossible for a single person to control the weather of some specific area. A witch can have a connection to the weather so that, for example, their mood changes with the weather, or they feel like they're energized by different kinds of weather. But it's still impossible to *control* the weather completely.
