Jinyoung

"Aww... they look so cute like that"

"Take a photo"

I stirred in my sleep as I heard people whispering and saw a flash behind my eyelids. I snuggled further into Jackson's chest, wanting to get more sleep.

"Your phone"

"Oops. It's okay. They're cuter like this"

"I think so too. Send it to me"

I jerked awake suddenly remembering that we were still in the hospital. I opened my eyes to see Jackson's mom and my mom leaning over us.

"Mom? Aunty?" I called, confused. What was she doing here?

She giggled, keeping her phone while hooking her arm with Jackson's mom.

Jackson groaned, his arms tightening around me as I tried to sit up. I quickly turned to him, shifting his head so that he laid in my lap. I ran my hand through his hair, trying to get him more comfortable, wanting him to get more sleep.

He hummed in appreciation, leaning into my touch while adjusting his arms around me. He nuzzled my stomach, breathing me in while he relaxed.

I continued combing my fingers through his hair, rubbing his scalp lightly. I watched as he drifted back to sleep again, his lips slightly parted while he snored softly.

I turned back to look around the room, realising that no one else was around except for our parents. Our moms were staring at us, smiling down at us while whispering something to each other. Our dads sat on the couch in the corner, discussing something together, looking the other way.

I blinked, confused. I mean they've met... and my parents know about us. They didn't actually tell me how they felt about us.

We've yet to officially introduced them to each other any way. Was it normal that they are that close already? Even with the language barrier?

"Jinyoung? Are you hungry? We brought breakfast" Jackson's mom said, smiling at me.

I nodded out of reflex, still confused. I quickly looked down at my attire, thankful that I threw on a hoodie to sleep last night.

It was loose but it covered my shoulder, hiding the hickeys from Jackson nicely. It's embarrassing enough that they caught us wrapped around each other. I had to at least look presentable... even if it was Jackson's hoodie.

Jackson's mom took some food out from a bag, putting it on the table in front of me.

"Let him rest. You should eat" his mom says, stroking my head.

"I'm not the patient though" I frowned, wanting to get up instead. Jackson mumbled something in his sleep, his arms refusing to let me go when I tried to get up.

"Jinyoung ah. Just listen to her" my mom said. I furrowed my eyebrows, confused but I nodded, staying still in bed with Jackson's head still in my lap.

I felt so awkward and didn't know where to place my hands. I ended up tangling my fingers in Jackson's hair, brushing his fringe off his face repeatedly, looking down at him as he slept.

"Mom? What are you doing here? I mean. Not to be rude or anything" I asked, looking at my mom.

"You didn't even tell me about what happened and I had to find out from the news. The news! Really?" she fumed, placing her hands on her hips.

Oh.

She frowned, waiting for me to speak up.

"Well..." I started, fumbling for words when I felt Jackson stir in his sleep. He turned, burying his face into my stomach, his arms pulling me close before blinking up sleepily at me.
