"I'll be back ma!" I yelled to my mom and walked out the front door.

By time I get to her house it's 2:37 and I text her to tell her that I'm outside.

I walked inside her house and she's waiting for me on the stairs.

"You ready?" She asked. I just nodded my headed and followed her to into her room. But ready for what tho...

When I got upstairs we sat on her bed in a awkward silence.

"So..." I said awkwardly

"So when are we going to fuck because I've been waiting"

"We only been dating for a month" I explained to her.

"Why?" I asked.

" BECAUSE YOUR A GAY LITLLE VIRGIN THATS WHY!" Kayla screamed at me.

I'm so tired of her and her bullshit. She's always starting with me for no reason. I shouldn't feel this stressed out we are only one month in the relationship. I'm done with her this time. Really done this time. I'm done. The only reason why I'm with her is because she kept begging me and begging me to be with her so just to get her to leave me alone I got with her. Now I regret it and it was not like I was being a bad guy to her so there is no reason for her to be acting like a asshole she wanted to date not me. I was so deep into my thoughts that I didn't realize two police officers had walked up and was talking to me.

"Can you repeat yourself sir I'm sorry"

"I said is your name Nicholas Simmons"

"Yes sir"

He turned me around, put hands cuffs on me and my heart dropped. "Your under arrest for murder in the first degree. You have the right to remain silent. Anything thing you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you can not afford an attorney we will provide one for you. Do you understand these rights I have just told you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?" One of the officers asked.

"Yeah, yeah I do. I haven't did anything especially try to kill someone" I yelled he just rolled his eyes and put me into the back of the cop car.
