Au Ending

Just as promised here is the au ending.

Nepeta's POV

I woke up next to Karkat that morning and we said are good byes a few minutes later. Sollux was my ride and they had to leave early inorder to give Gamzee a ride to the doctors.

(Everything in the last chapter Christmas, Birthday concert and 1 year anniversery happened except for the cancer. This is the next school year.)

I was out at lunch with Equius who offered to take me on his break. We were sitting at a local dinner and had just ordered our food.

"So how are you and Karkat doing?"

"Well as mew would say 'Are relationship is very STRONG and stable' "

"That is wonderful."

"How's work going?"

"E%cellent"

"That pawsitively wonderful."

"Yes. Also Kanaya called the home phone after you left asking if you were going dress shopping with her and Terezi?"

"Dress shopping?"

"Isnt prom coming up?"

"I completely furgot about purrom."

"Are you going?"

"Well of course silly. Ive been saving up fur a dress fur ages"

"Well Kanaya said to call her back with an answer and youd go tomorrow"

"Would that be ok Equius?"

"As you would say 'of course silly' "

With that I gave out a little squeal of joy and continued coloring the the drawing I made earlier when I asked the waitress for crayons and a papurr.

*Time Skip to Next Day*

I walked into the kitchen completely ready to find Terezi eating a slice of toast I told her to make when she came in

"Are mew ready?"

"W3ll duh 1ve b33n h3r3 for hours."

We walked outside, locking the door behind us, and climbed into the car that held Porrim and Kanaya.

"Thank mew again Purrim for the ride."

"No+ purro+blem"

I giggled at her cat pun and Kanaya told her where to go furrst.

"Terezi You Look Beautiful."

"Th4nks K4n4y4. By th3 w4y why 1nst Ros3 h3r3?"

"Because She Cant See The Dress Until Prom Night"

"You're not getting married Kanaya it wont be bad luck."

"I Know Nepeta I Would Just Like To Do It This Way."

"Why arent mew making your dress?"

"I Wanted To Try This But Most Likely Ill Buy A Dress And Do A Few Slight Modifications."

*Two Days Later*

I was laying in bed texting Karkat ,like we usually did, after a day at school.

(NL):So do mew have any plans fur the purrom?

(KV): YA I THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TOGETHER.

(NL):Well id love to but you furgot to ask

(KV):OH I GUESS I JUST ASSUMED

(NL):Well is there anything mew want to ask me?

(KV):*GETS DOWN ON ONE KNEE* NEPETA LEIJON WOULD YOU BE MY DATE TO THE PURROM?
