sin permeates throughout the earth.
many know of it and devote their lives to purging themselves of it.
they feel they must purge others as well.
they recite the words of the saints, and the scripture is planted in the minds of the unaware.
it spreads. to europe. to asia. to the indies.
to africa.
original sin is a foreign concept, but it's one they are judged for regardless.
purge yourself, they say.
believe or be persecuted.
believe or burn in hell.
believe or die.
punishment is delivered for a fruit that was never eaten.
