Megan snapped her fingers in front of Rachel's face twice before she saw her blink back to reality.

"Back from the ball princess?" Megan asked knowingly.

"That's not funny. It took me six months before you and Ben finally convinced me to stop using the ugly duckling hex all together."

"Yes well, prince charming was drunk he doesn't remember much about that night," Megan said with a shrug and started towards the delivery room. "So, 're'-introduce yourself."

Rachel looked after her friend in disbelief.

"She can't be serious," she thought to herself.

"DOCTOR WOOD TO DELIVERY FOUR, DOCTOR WOOD TO DELIVERY ROOM FOUR."

"Well, here we go," Rachel thought to herself.

A smirk crossed her face as she walked past the waiting room where Jennifer's family, Kellan and Dean sat after being exiled from the delivery room. For just a moment she locked eyes with Dean while she was pulling her hair up into a ponytail before ducking into the room.

"Shit."

Kellan, Dean, and Alex all sat in a small hospital waiting room. They were banished from seeing Jennifer until after the baby was born.

Kellan groaned as one of Jennifer's cries ripped through the silent air around them.

"Why is it waiting is always the worst part?" He mumbled.

Dean nodded in agreement, "I hear ya."

At this Alex stomped his foot on the floor, startling both Dean and Kellan.

"That's it I'm putting my foot down. I can't take it out here anymore!" Alex stated standing up with a look of confidence. "My twin sister is in there having a baby and you two yahoos are pouting about the wait. Maybe if one or both of you would have wrapped it before you packed it, we wouldn't be here!"

Kellan coughed in surprise "dude, that's your sister!"

"Yeah well... " Alex started before slumping down into a chair , "that is kinda gross now that I think about it."

The guys shared a laugh, a page came over the p.a. for a doctor to report to Jennifer's room; the three of them turned towards the hallway.

Rachel was passing by the open doors of the waiting area.

For just a moment Dean locked onto her blue, bright, and almost familiar eyes. Her blonde hair swayed as she gathered it together.

"Absolutely beautiful," Dean quietly thought out loud.

"Seriously," Laughed Alex, "keep it in your pants man, you might be somebody's father."

"Right," Dean cleared his throat shaking his thoughts away. "So how about those Titans, think they'll have a good year."
