First Date | Shawn Mendes Imagine

You have liked Shawn for a really long now and you two are finally going on a date. You coulnd't be more excited and it's only an hour now until he's going to pick you up so you start getting ready. You do a fresh, simple makeup, curl your hair just a little bit and put on a play suit and sandals.

As you hear the car pull by, you run to the door and walk to the car smiling. "Hey there" Shawn says opening the door for you. You sit down and see him looking you up and down with a playful smile on his face. "What?" you ask laughing. "You look really cute today" he says smiling shy.

You go to a cafe and sit down at a table with a view to the beach. Both of you order ice tea and a dessert to share. "You know I'm so happy to be here with you" he says. "Me too" you answer trying not to show how much him saying that actually meant to you.

You keep talking about this and that for about an hour. After that you head down to the beach hand in hand. His hand is so soft and feels so warm against yours. You wish you could hold his hand forever. You shiver both from the touch and the cold air. "Are you cold?" he asks giving you his flannel. "Thanks" you answer pulling in on.

The sun is setting and everything seems perfect. He pulls you closer to the waves and you both just run around in the water laughing. You almost fall down but he pulls you up in his arms saving you from the cold water. You're really close to his face now and you want to kiss him so bad which makes you just hold your breath but end up letting out a nervous giggle. "You're so cute" he says laughing. You look him in the eyes and you both lean in for a kiss. Everything about it is way more beautiful than you ever imagined.

"That was perfect" he says slightly out of breath. "You are" you answer blushing. He laughs and takes your hand again. You walk back to the car and sing along to the songs on the radio together all the way back home.

He opens the car door for you and walks you to your house. "I had a really good time tonight and I was just wondering would you like to go out again?" he asks with the cutest smile on his face. "I had a great time too and of course silly" you answer laughing a little. You give him a kiss and head inside. "Don't be such a tease" he says pulling you back and kisses you with passion. "Good night Shawn" "Good night".

You jump on your bed and realize you still have his flannel on. It smells of him and you never wanna take it off. After you're done your night routine you go to your bed still wearing his flannel. You check out your phone and see a text from him: "Miss you already, sweet dreams! x" You slowly fall asleep happier than you ever thought would be possible.
