Ian and I went to the doctors to find out the genders of the baby.  I was laying on the table Ian was holding my hand

Nurse:alright it looks like your having .....2 girls

Me:*smiles* Oh my god

Ian:*smiles* I'm gonna have a daughter holy shit

We left the doctors off and went baby shopping Ian helped me set up a room not only at Micky's but at my house as well. We bought tons of things for the babies. Around 10 P.M. I got back with Ian and Fiona and I sat at the table.

Fiona:So I want to flip it spice it up get an easy steady cash flow

Me:Okay  do you have pictures of the laundry matt

Fiona:yeah

She showed me

Me:Alright your gonna have to get an inspector but it looks  like it needs a lot of work and you'll need new machines and a gas leak inspector

Fiona:well how much do you think that'll cost

Me:easily 100 thousand 

Fiona:*sighs* shit

Me:hows your credit

Fiona:good

Me:tell you what I'm gonna write up a contract and I'll give you the money

Fiona:what would the contract consist of

Me:I would get a percentage of the profits until your debt is paid off and so and so fourth

Fiona:Okay thank you

She hugged me and Ian came down

Me:sure

We left and got to my house I went upstairs and changed into the outfit below

I walked downstairs and Ian was eating dinner and I sat at the table doing work

Ian:Has Mickey talked to you

Me:No why

Ian:he's going away for awhile

I kinda paused what I was doing

Me:where is he going

Ian:Michigan his dad is getting outta prison

Me:*sighs* when is he leaving

Ian:he already left

Me:Whats up with him

I continued working

Ian:His dad doesn't know he's gay and scares the living shit outta him

Me:*sighs* is he gonna be okay
