Sweats

"Suit up they said, it'll be fun they said" I mumble as I struggle to pull up this god forsaken uniform. I jump as I pull. I roll as I pull. I kick as I pull. And finally after 6 years I get the uniform on "blasted curves" I whisper and I sigh standing in front of the mirror trying to catch my breath

"You know what sucks?" I ask and Tony looks up from the bed "what?" He asks "this" I say pointing to my suit "it looks good on you" he says and I throw the pillow that's on the floor at him and he catches it "you only like it because it reveals everything, weirdo" I say flipping him off "fuck this I'm wearing sweats" I say pulling my suit off

I go into the bathroom and I get started on my hair. I take it out of the twist out and I leave it down and I walk out and I go to the check in to get my weapons and I'm stopped "you might not want to wear that" he says "I might" I say grabbing my holster and tying it around my waist and I grab my gun shoving them into their respectable spots "thank you" I say smiling as I walk on to the jet

"Are you going to sleep?" Wanda asks laughing when she enters the plane "ha ha ha" I say pretending to laugh "I'll have you know I'm not going to sleep I'd just rather not die from lack of oxygen due to my suit" I say "so you wear sweats" she says and I nod "why not, this way no one can stare at my body while I'm killing people" I say "makes sense"

"Another successful mission" Steve says as everyone is either passed out in their chairs or on their way and Bruce is sat with a blanket around him and I walk over to him handing him some sweats and he looks up and I smile at him "miracle workers" I say laughing and he grabs them "hey Bruce, do you think you can hulk out so I can put some sweats on him?" I ask and he starts laughing "most definitely not" he says pulling them on

"What's going on?" Steve asks when me, Nat, Bruce and Pietro walk onto the plane with sweats on "we're ready to fight captain" I say saluting him "it's been a week and you've managed to convince some of the team to switch over?" He asks and I nod "you should really try it before you knock it" I say and I go sit down on Tony's lap

"(Y/n)" Natasha says walking into my room after the mission "sweats on a mission is literally the greatest thing ever. I can just come home and take them off without struggling to get that body suit down" she says "exactly, makes climbing into bed so much easier" I say "I'm doing this everyday now" she says walking out the room

"Nice pants Clint" I say doing finger guns at him when I walk onto the jet and he does them back "ooh Wanda went with the red ones I see" I say "I had to" she says laughing "EVEN YOU THOR!" I scream when I see him in sweats "lady (y/n) your idea to fight in these relaxing pants was splendid" he says and I give him a thumbs up and Steve walks on face palming and I laugh finding a seat

"Not you too Bucky" Steve and Tony say walking into the jet and me and Wanda start giggling "what?" Tony asks "nothing babe" I say laughing harder "shh" Wanda says and I try to stop but I can't and she starts laughing just as hard and Tony goes to check his suit "you guys put sweats on my suit?" He asks and Bruce starts laughing "it wasn't us" I say and he turns to Bruce "I'm sorry they put the idea into my head" he says and Tony rolls his eyes

"Come on Steve you are the last one" Nat says and I pull out some sweats smirking and everyone starts yelling for him to put them on and he sighs "fine" he says snatching them from me and I smile at him and he goes and changes and when he comes out Natasha hands him a T-Shirt which he takes and switches out quickly

"I'm glad you guys talked me into this" he says sitting in his seat completely drained, it's so much more comfortable to sleep in on the way home" he says laying his head back "exactly" Clint says and I look around the jet smiling

"And that is how I created the sweat wearing, ass kicking, no bullshit team of superheroes" I say "your dreams are so weird" Wanda says laughing "it was a perfect dream okay" I say "don't judge me" I add grabbing the popcorn "you're so being judged at this moment in time" Clint says and I laugh flipping him off "Best dream ever." I say
