three years later

"woah babe, that was great!"

"thanks Minnie"

Jimin giggled happily and smiled at his boyfriend Taemin who was smiling proudly as well. Jimin just mastered a choreography he made himself, it was awesome.

"couples here, couples there. Ew"

An annoyed voice interrupted their sweet moment.
Jimin glared at the boy and sticked out his tongue at him.

"not our fault you're a single grandpa"

Jimin teased shrugging his shoulders and looking at his watch. 9:57, it read.
He looked up at his boyfriend with a worried expression.

"babe you need to go and check on your mum, stay with her for today. Okay?"

Taemin smiled at his boyfriend's concern and nodded, mumbling a quite 'okay thanks', before pecking Jimin's lips and giving him a kiss on his forehead. And so he left the practice room in a hurry.

Taemin's mum's health wasn't the best. She was always dizzy and exhausted, she couldn't leave her house often. Not to mention that she also couldn't do things on her own. That's why Taemin stays and her place from time to time, sometimes Jimin tags along as well.

"it's tiring isn't it?"

Yoongi said as he stood up from the floor and grabbed his keys. Jimin nodded with sad pout on his face.

"let's have a drink, bet you've got nothing better to do"

He added as he walked out towards his car, making Jimin smile at his words. The younger was glad to have such a best friend, he might seem cold, but he cares a lot.

He quickly took his things, switched off the lights and followed Yoongi, after locking the door as well.

It was a fifteen minutes ride to the restaurant they decided to head to. They're regulars there, they'd come from time to time to drink and have some time together.

"I missed the food here"

Jimin said before taking another big bite filling his mouth. Yoongi hummed in response and took a sip from his soju (alcoholic drink).

"it was always fun to come with the others, but now they're all busy. I can't believe Namjoon and Jin hyung got married"

The black haired male sighed at the thought of the guys. Jimin nodded smiling making his blonde hair bounce on his head.

"yess, it was always fun, especially with Hos-"

He stopped talking and widened his eyes realizing his mistake. He looked at Yoongi to see him chugging his whole drink at on go.

"I'm s-sorry"

Jimin apologized noticing how the mood was now down. Yoongi smiled sadly and filled his glass again.

"it's alright"

The elder said smiling and taking a bite from his meat. Jimin nodded and continued eating.

They both were silent now, each in his own thoughts.

"can I ask something?"

Jimin said hesitant, but also scared. He looked up at Yoongi, who blinked several times before slowly nodding.

"did you get over him?"

Jimin asked and kinda regret it after the elder's silence. So he waited patiently without saying a word.

"I'd lie if I say I did. I'm still haunted by the memory"

Jimin let a small 'oh' escape his lips.

"I'm pathetic saying that, I know"

The elder continued, Jimin shook his head immediately.

"No you're not. I would've never been able to get over it"

Jimin said eyes getting watery, Yoongi closed his eyes trying to prevent the tears from falling. It is already exhausting that he cries every night, he doesn't want to cry here.

"Jiminie, what happened happened. It's been two years already"

Yoongi tried to comfort the younger, who nodded and wiped off his tears.

"I am always so worried about you, talk to me when you need someone"

Jimin said pouting, since Yoongi didn't talk to him much about it. Yoongi chuckled a bit and smiled.

"thanks Jimin. Y'know, his death really hurt"
