shout out
shout out to all of the people who are
dealing with
a mental illness
dealing with
family issues
trying to figure out
their sexuality
already found out
their sexuality
closeted or not
shout out to
all of the people who are under appreciated
because you deserve this
shout out to
the people who
plaster on a smile
just
because everyone expects it
shout out to
the people
who are contemplating everything
to the people
all the way in the back
who couldn't
afford tickets in the actual concert arena
shout out to
all of the people who are crying because of something that just happend to them
something they found out
shout out to
all the people who are cutting themselves
staring at the pill bottles
shout out to
all the single parents
to all of the fuckups
shout out to
the people who are young and have to work for their food
clothes
soap
everything
shout out to
everyone who went through
hell and back
alone
because they didn't have the luxury of someone to do it with them
shout out to
all of the veterans who need help but no one is giving it to them
shout out to all of the working people who
don't wanna work anymore
but do
shout out to
all of the people who over came their fears
shout out to
all of the people who are getting help
even the ones who aren't
you will not go unrecognized
no matter how invisible you feel
you made it another day
whatever is making you keep going, hold onto it
i don't see any
shout outs
to all of
the people who had to do everything alone
with no one by their side
everyone is important
don't second guess yourself
you got out of bed today
and even if you didn't
you woke up today
you thought about things
even if they weren't good thoughts
and i am proud of you
maybe just try today,
try to get out of bed, even if you don't want to
or feel like you can't
watch your favorite movie
read your favorite book
do one thing today that you love
do something good for yourself
even if you think you don't deserve it
do yourself a favor
you may not think you deserve it
but you do
you deserve so much more than what people have given you
what you have given yourself
it's going to take time,
i know it will
but you got this
even if that's not convincing
start small
make yourself happy

take your time
