Betrayal like a stone,
Shards of broken glass is what left in me!!
Merciless pain seethed inside my veins!!
Yet, I felt numbness!
No anger,
Just coldness!
Just emptiness!
Realization struck!!
Nothing is permanent!
We are mere spectators in this world,
Where, even love is taken for granted and,
Lust is what drives the humanity!!
