Barry walked in and told us that he had contacted our parents. Just then he got an email back.
Hello Barry,
This is Tim, Mary’s husband, I know you have the kids please don’t hurt them. We will get you the two million dollars. Please contact us soon we will not get anyone involved yet. But soon we might.

“Kids I’m going to send your dad back an email telling him we left the island.” Joseph and I nodded.
He had not hurt us yet but I’m sure he is planning. All night he has left us alone, so we have been making a plan to escape. Earlier he came in and told us he had put trackers in us, so if we escape so he could find us. We know he has this place surrounded, but there is one way out that he probably does not know about. We have been locked in the bathroom for 15 hours already.

Meanwhile in the bedroom next door Barry was writing a nasty email to his FBI friend.
My dear Mary and Tim,
You now have 5 hours to bring the 2 million dollars to me. If you don’t bring it the kids will die. I have fully loaded guns and I’m not afraid to use them. I will not give you the kids so easily though you need to have all the police evacuate the island. I will meet you by the ferry entrance on the other side of the water. We are no longer on the island so don’t bother looking.

“Kids I will be leaving with all me guards in an hour, don’t try any funny stuff with me. I will have my tracking device on me at all times, if your parents don’t bring the money, guess who will be dead. That right YOU.” Barry yelled me and Joseph.
