After a few hours of scouring the local shops for THE outfit, I knew I was ready. Sarah, my ever dedicated assistant, followed me into all of the dressing rooms tossing shoes and accessories over the door for me to try on along with my 4 dresses. We finally decided. I walked out of my dressing room in the final and perfect look. A short chiffon dress with a black and salmon print by Alice Yim. The right half of the dress was black and when I turned to my right, the salmon fabric draped it's way over the middle, meeting the black. It was sleeveless and floaty around the top yet fitted in the middle. I added a pastel pink blazer to the dress by Threadsence. It was definitely a "celebrity" ready look in case any paparazzi happened to snap us in action, we half joked. I finally paired it with oversize black sunglasses and black peep toe sandals. Extra chunky and kind of edgy. All that was left was to find a salon for a quick blow out. I wanted my hair to look flawless. The humidity was killing me.
