In the end, we all hung out together
at the cafe
with Jaemin
the place was pretty empty
we were suspicious, since usually this place would be so full and filled with people
but we ignored it
we wanted to escape it problems
even just for a little while
"So Haneul.."
I glanced beside me
At Renjun, who mentioned my name
"Y-you're my girlfriend n-now, Right?"
I grinned
a grin where the corners of my lips could reach the sky
I pinched his cheek and layed my head on his shoulder
his shoulders were as wide as the ocean
"Ew, lordt I need my eyes cleansed."
Jaemin jokingly stated, taking the puppy beside him onto his lap
"Please love me, puppy. I need a partner too. The two humans infront of me are being lovey-dovey and I feel alone."
he was hugging and patting the little puppy in the most dearing way possible
but what the puppy only did was jump out of his lap to go play with the other puppies
Jaemin felt betrayed
me and Renjun burst into a fit of laughter as Jaemin started contemplating life
"Awww, don't worry Nana. You'll find someone for you soon."
he jokingly rubbed his head as if he had a headache and wiped away fake tears
"One day, Haneul. One day."
he giggled
"Well, now that you two fiNALLY got together how about we make a toast?"
Jaemin beamed a smile and raised his bubble tea glass
"With bubble tea?"
Renjun chuckled
"Yes, because we are millennials, and this is how we roll."
"Whatever you say, Nana."
Jaemin took out his phone to take a picture of us three
he held the camera as he say infront of me and Renjun
Renjun slow crept up his hand onto my shoulder for the picture
Jaemin snorted seeing that on his phone
"Renjun."
"What? I just wanted to make sure that it really does confirm that you're my lil love."
"Shut up, you're a 6 year old."
"If I'm a 6 year old, then you must be a zygote."
I playfully rolled my eyes and ruffled his hair
he was such an adorable person
a treasure, an imperfect pearl in the sea of so many people
Jaemin supported us so much too
he opened up to Renjun about how he felt when he ignored me for a week
and he threatened Renjun, since he's apparently my big brother now
i adore these dorks
I hope they never leave my side.
