If a vampire's mate is human then only the vampire at the start will only be able to read your mind but in time the human can learn to read their mate's mind and emotions and know where the said mate is at currently. The 'soul mate' markings for men are on their wrist while females marks are anywhere on the body" Yoongi chuckled then spoke with a smile on his face while hold up his wrist to show his ' soul mate' marking.
