**i think Thursday is gonna be a cheat day for me. Today was disgraceful, but my mom bought food and I didn't want to be rude and throw it away. I need to learn not to finish it though, ugh.
I cut down the pint of milk to 1/2 pint, which I'm happy about. I was also supposed to go on a walk today but wasn't feeling too great.
Tomorrow I'm gonna try harder, promise.
