it's real.
eren is alive.
he is still trying to collect his soul and is struggling to catch his breath. mikasa is crying lightly beside him. and me, i don't know. i am a mess. a fucking mess.
"(y/n)," eren says softly.
i cup his cheek with my hand, "eren,"
he lets out a single tear, and then he nearly collapses to the ground, but i catch him.
"you're here...," he says as he bents closer to my face.
we stare at each other for i don't know how long, and then he leans in to kiss me, and he does.
it is the second time we kiss. magical as ever. his lips are still soft, but a little bit dry.
we pull away, and then he kisses me again.
"i'm sorry." he says after he broke the kiss.
"it's okay. you're fine now."
