FAST FORWARD TWO YEARS. OKAY? OKAY.
"Please! For me Marilyn!" Rydel whined. The last two years have been so crazy! Ross, who was now sixteen and starting to get pretty buff, got the part of Austin Moon in a new Disney show coming out called Austin and Ally. R5 had finished four out of the four songs needed for their first EP and there was a rumor of a tour. The R5 fandom had grown a lot and they were really nice when Riker posted selfies of both of us to twitter and Instagram. Ellington got a girlfriend, Kelly and she was a such a sweetie! Riker still hadn't gotten a haircut and his hair hung in his eye now and it bothered me. Rocky, who was also muscly, had started to grow out his hair now. Apparently he thinks that he'd look like Thor if he did. Rydel had been caught up on her dancing, and her secret crush for Ellington. It kills me to see her, Kelly, and Ell in the same room because I know it kills her too. And, I graduated from high school! It felt so amazing to walk across the stage in my cap and gown and receive my diploma. Riker did too and his family threw this extreme celebration and it was amazing to feel so loved again. I was attending community college here in LA so I could stay close to my family. And, my aunt's murder case was finally solved. Darren did kill her and totally wiped out her bank account. He had skipped down since they found out he did it but there was a huge reward out for anyone who found him. My old house was completely stripped of its belongings and was up for sale.
Rydel was begging me to get pink streaks in my hair. She had already done it to her own hair and it looked really good! I sighed in defeat, "Fine. But just a few!" She squealed and clapped, dragging me up to her room and sitting me down in her chair. She grabbed a small box and pulled out a bright circle of something.
"It's just hair chalk. It'll wash right out. But first," She crossed over to her stereo and turned it on, a Neon Trees song blasting. "some tuneage!" Rydel unscrewed the lid of the pink chalk and started to apply it to my hair. I watched as my honey blonde locks turned pink and I actually really liked it! We were goofing off as she was finishing up my hair and the boys poked their heads into the room.
"Riker, you need a haircut!" I scolded teasingly as he walked up to me. Rydel smoothed my hair down and gave me my normal middle part. "Thanks. What do you guys think?" I stood up and spun around, giving a sassy hair flip to finish it off.
Rocky: "It's fabulous!"
Ross: "It deepens my affection for you." I had to laugh.
Ryland: "Looks great!"
Riker: "I love it."
"Thank ya boys!" I said. What should we do?"
Rydel blurted, "Let's do the boys' hair." I smiled and nodded vigorously. My eyes locked on Riker's long hair that aggravated me so, and I picture a shiny pair of scissor blade chopping it short.
"You boys get seated and I'll go get my phone." I lied partially, I was getting my phone but I was also going to get a pair of hair scissors. I walked down the hall and grabbed my phone, then I rummaged through the cabinet in the bathroom, searching for scissors. I found them and slipped them into the back pocket of my jeans. I walked back down the hall and into Rydel's pink room. Three of the boys, Riker, Rocky, and Ryland were seated and blindfolded. I pulled out the scissors from my pocket and flashed them at Ross and Rydel then pointed to Riker. They silently laughed and I put my phone on Rydel's speaker.
"Let's make you boys look fierce." Rydel said and started to comb Rocky's hair. I hit the shuffle button and a song blasts from the speakers. I grabbed a comb and gently ran it through Riker's hair. I stopped to when about half an inch stuck out from the teeth of the comb and snipped it off at an angle. Riker didn't even flinch, he was singing along to the Maroon 5 blasting. I continued around to the back and cut his hair nice and evenly.
