Breakdown

Next mornig preeta woke up with a throbbing headache. Her vision was blurry. She managed to get up somehow . She saw her phone on the bedside karan miscalls were there . She looked at the time omg she slept late . She got up from the bed got fresh and  called karan . He picked up the phone 

So miss sleeping beauty has got up hmmm and Iam here calling you btw where are you 

Nothing just overslept" she said slowly 

Preeta are u ok ? He could sense something wrong with her "why are you sounding so low"

Nothing " she lied and said that she would be at luyhras in 15min to treat dadi and hung up the phn controlling her tears

 On the other side karan was not convinced with her answer . 

Kal to thik thi ab kia hua hai ise . Kuch to hai jo use pareshan kar raha hai me aj us se poochon ga 

Preeta reached luthra house and went straight to dadis room . Dadi also senses something strange about her behavior as she was not looked  fresh as always She did her treatment and left . She was not feeling well. One her way she met Karan

Hey miss Dumbo wait where are you going i want  to talk to you about something

 ' No karan I am not i a mood of talking'She said lowly

'But why not are you ok you are behaving weird since morning''Come with me

And despite of her continuous pleading he took her with him. she remained silent the whole time . Finally karan asked that if she was mad or something and she continuosly shook her head

Karan was taking her to some hill side meanwhile there car broke down and to add to their woes it started raining. they went to karan farm house that was nearby. preeta was already not feeling well and her vision begun to become blurry and she started feelin dizzy  

karan saw her and held her 

'Preeta r u ok?' he inquired with much worry

he checked her forehead which was very hot

 he immediately took her to the room and brought cold water and strips

he started putting them on her head and she felt relieved .

after a while the fever subsided down so has the rain but she wasnt getting concious /

 he immediately called the family doctor

 The doctor checked her and gave injection

Doctor what happened to her' he asked him

nothing I think so she didnt sleep well and not having her meals . and also she is stressed about something  i have given injection no need for mediciens just make sure she eats properly and rest

OK thanks doc i will take care

 After the doctor leaves he prepares somrthing for her he was going and suddenly he collided with the sofa and preetas purse fell down and all things came out /

 while picking up all the things he saw a...........
