SUMMARY:
Ale Acosta is in his own reality. He daydreams, has crushes on 37207 people, and draws more then he actually pilots. Because of this, the Garrison director gives him a strict wanting: get out of your head and get back to the real world. In this principal's office he meets Keith Kogane, a boy with words of fire and eyes of lavender. The two quickly become friends, until Keith mysteriously disappears and Ale finds himself writing letters to a boy he knows is somewhere out there.
NOTES:
— ale is a soft boyo who likes to daydream a lot and gets in trouble bc of it
— so he and keith's friendship confuses a lot of people since everyone thinks keith is >:( but we all know keith is a softie deep down bye
— the letters are all one sided since ale doesn't have the courage to actually try and send them somewhere, so they stay in this room.
— until he kind of has a break and sends them all out in space on a really terrible rover but guess who finds them? the paladins think it's space junk but on the outside of the river in terrible writing only Keith recognizes is 'FOR KEITH K. (READ THIS YOU ASSHOLE)'
— keith writes a letter back and sends it to earth during s6ish
— ale survives the apocalypse bc he was at the garrison but not as a pilot anymore. now he's their alien anatomy specialist
— and when keith gets back to earth on s7, they have this amazing hug reunion and ale is laughing and keith just kisses him
