When they got there, Josh helped Tyler out of the car and they ran into the office.
The receptionist saw how Josh was holding Tyler. She knew something was wrong.
"We need a nurse up here!"
"J-Josh, I think I'm dying!"
"No Tyler, you're not. You're gonna be fine."
