Tyler started sobbing into his hands. Josh pulled him into his arms.
"I'm very sorry guys." The doctor said. "I'll give you a few minutes alone, and then we can start a plan on how to manage it."
"Thank you." Josh said.
The doctor grinned; walking out of the room.
