Hanging out with the guys became frequent,and for Kaizaki's luck so was your alone time with him

as Sana had her activities after classes and Mei had to attend some extra classes for her upcoming mini exams her professors holds every Friday.

As for Jun...a simple look from Kaizaki and he'd come up with random excuses and flee

"How was your weekends with your parents!" He asked randomly

"eh ? Uh it was fine I guess... I honestly did nothing productive at all" you giggled

"aah~ It must be nice coming home to your mom and Dad after a long week" he smiled sincerely

"actually it's just my mom and my younger sister" you smiled as you walk next to him, shoulder slightly touching with your movement

"sorry , I didn't mean to..." you cut him off

"nah it's okay, Dad passed away in a car accident when my little sister was a few months old" you shrugged as if recalling the pain meant nothing to you, trying your best to hold that fake facade you called a smile

"then we're almost the same" he said, earning your full attention

"what do you mean ?" You asked "well, I was kinda busy on the weekend as well... thank you very much for asking" he sarcastically smiled

"sorry I didn't want to be a bother" your lips tugged into a half smile "not at all ! Being with you is really nice" he smiled as his cheeks turned a sweet light pink

"w-well, I have to take care of my mom, she's never out of the house so I try talking her out as much as I can when I'm around, unfortunately that's hard to do when trying to work as well" he scratched the back of his neck

"she doesn't go out ?" You were Interested in knowing more about Kaizaki

"well, she can't ...she uses a wheelchair and to our luck our apartment is on the third floor without a working elevator ! It broke down months ago and the landlord refuses to fix it." He sighed annoyed

"then why don't you move ?" You asked as if it was an easy choice to do

"hello !! Student ? College ? Unpaid job of taking care of your mother? Where will I get enough money to buy a better place" he looked disappointed with himself "besides, old man's job doesn't pay much" he added pointing on the grass for you two to sit.

"hey Kaizaki senpai" you sighed as you sat on the grass in the courtyard watching the people passing by

"huh" he looked at you with gentle eyes sitting next to you

"I know it's a little late but, I kinda want to apologize" you sadly smiled "a-about what ?!" Worried expression appeared on his face

"on the first day , I accidentally eavesdropped on your conversation with Jun... I didn't mean to, sorry if that made you uncomfortable" you sighed as you looked away

"ah~ that day ! actually I'm glad you heard ,if you didn't I wouldn't be sitting here" he smiled as he patted your head

"so...thank you" his hand slowly slides to find your warm peachy cheek "I'm really grateful" he added as his thumb creased your check causing you to blush even more , almost turning into the color of a beetroot.

"I-I-I should be going to my room , I-I have studying to do, I'll be busy on the weekends" you stutter as you stood up and dusted your dark jeans

"you'll be busy ?" Asked Kaizaki as he walked beside you towards the dorms
