Soul realm was beautiful but water rises from the ground a centimeter every day and it's been 6 months . Everybody was getting stressed and started fighting mainly on whose fault was it and peter was stressed . The soul realm was quite but if you were spiderman you could hear thing from a mile away.

All super heros had gatherd on higher ground

Spiderman being just a kid and not knowing what to do reveals his identity to seek some kind of comfort from them and it didn't really helped the situation.

He was ignored and told that the adults were talking and scolded all the time for talking while they were discussing how to get out .

He didn't know what to do all he did was put a smile to comfort the ones in need or the ones who still cared or showed some sympathy. He didn't really tell them how he was in pain , the pain kept increasing ever since he turned to ash and well that really hurt .

Wanda's pov

I was staring at peter while he was handing out fruit and he looked so happy I just wanted to feel that for a moment so I touched his hand and when i did all I felt was immense pain .I mean it wasn't even emotional pain it was physical .

Everybody ran towards me and told peter to go away and pushed hi off and once he was far enough I spoke
"Go after him ,please  go after him he's in pain that's all I felt when I touched him.

All peter did was run and run and  soon he reached a cliff and didn't even think twice to jump

He woke up ,but In a different place . It was like a park and sitting next to a swing set was thanos staring at him .
he didn't feel pain but easiness

"Why did you do this to my friends ?"

"Are they really your friends?"
,I brought you here because I saw you in distress "

"thank you sr. "

" Oh you sure do act different than the rest . the rest are a mess they just act without hearing the full message ."

"Then I'll listen "

"Why act this way ? Why do you give all those who have forsaken you and beaten you a second chance ?!
I saw how even when you defeated criminals and villains , you would try to talk to them and even comfort !!! Why are you so nice to me ?"

Peter stared at the swing slowly moving with the faint wind

"I could easily hate them all for how they have treated me but they  all have a reason to act this way and I'm ok with it  . Also Did you know that Deep down I know ,I have a feeling that aunt may or Mr Stark don't really put much thought on me . It's like  grown to me how they feel , and I think of them every day and they don't  . I- I just don't want anybody to feel that ,it's really a horrifying feeling ."

Peter was at the verge of crying and at this time he had already gotten up to sit at the swing .

"Nobody right now is here so can I tell you a secret ?"

"Go ahead "

Peter first tear fell down his cheek and into his hand .

"I- I just can't stand it ! .I feel so alone ! I do everything I can to make people feel better . And I know I'm selfish for saying this but can't I just get comforted for once !!! A hug would be nice or  at least  someone tell me everything is going to be okay "

"I will care for you "

"I must be crazy to actually consider that offer "

Peter laughed and turned his head and said
"But would you really?"

"My child , I seek forgiveness and all I found is you "

" I have hurt the ones I love my own planet just because I thought I was doing the right thing . You see I hear this a lot but what you did in the past does not affect your future if you try to change but I know this universe will never forgive me for what Ive done so I will leave and leave this power to you . I choose you because you are the definition of good and you can take on this responsibility . I will still care for you ,when ever you are in need you will feel me thinking of you .

Thanos hands the gauntlet to peter,but peter just hugs him tightly and says

"You have given me more than anybody just by caring but Will we see each other again ??"

"Ill make sure of it "

Thanos steps away and turns into ash

Peter turns around and

Snaps his fingers
